I was wondering if there is a feature that would allow me to mark found duplicate files as excluded and have the program never use that particular match again?
I find that I am left with a lot of duplicate files after a scan that I want to keep even though they may be duplicate, and I want to mark them in the program as protected in the future. Example, I have different folders for Medical and Medical Expenses, but I keep a lot of the same files in both folders. I don't want them removed from either. However, I don't want to exclude the folders from scanning since there might be duplicates past the first set that I want to delete. Is it possible to indicate that the first set of duplicates are to be ignored and protected in future scans?

Suppose you could do something like set up a "KEEP" subdirectory.
So:
Medical/KEEP/
Medical Expenses/KEEP/
& move the dups that you want to keep into KEEP,
& set the KEEP directories as 'Protected' (in the Folder search list).
(Maybe only 1 "KEEP" directory, in the Expenses directory, with the /Medical/ intended to be the "master" directory.)
