Receiving Error Message version 5.25

Every time I run the program I get the following error message and it does not save the results

Error writing settings to DB: SQL Logic Error
no such table: settings

How can I fix this??

It looks like it is having trouble writing to the data folder.

Things to try:
-Check you have enough hard drive space to run the program
-Go to the settings tab and click 'Reset all settings and data'
