Can I seach for just one image on my pc/folders?

I dont want everything to be duplicates I sometimes need to search for just one picture

Yes, you can copy the one image into a separate folder, and set that as 'Master'. Then add the other folders to search as normal. Only files matching the 'Master' folder will be found. (note the master needs to be a separate folder tree)
