Test Regular Expressions as stand alone software

I really like your Test Regular Expressions in v2.
Would it be possible to use it as stand alone software?

p.e. it is useful p.e. also for text editors as Notepad++ or perl or php programming

I was thinking of turning it into a stand alone version - perhaps once TC2 is complete.
