Installs into 32-Bit not 64-Bit Folder "Program Files (x86)"
Performed an uninstall, then installed and it forcing the installation into the "Program Files (x86)" folder when in fact it is a 64-bit program "Program Files" (would be expected, especially if end-user changes to this folder).

Does it matter, particularly?
That said, I believe, in this case, the program is a quasi-dual bit program, meaning that on 32-bit OS, it runs 32, & on 64-bit OS it runs 64, with Duplicate Cleaner 5.exe itself "starting life", if you will, as x86, the morphing into the x64 that you see running, or something along those lines
.
(Or, I could be totally wrong on this
