Spyware in download?

Windows Defender detected spyware in download of Duplicate Clleaner before download even completed and suggested not to accept the file

There is no spyware - a previous version did give a false positive though. Try the latest, direct from us:

Did it mention what in the archive it did not like?

Can you temporarily disable Window Defender, download, then submit the file it did not like to Microsoft for review.

That way MS can correct it's false positive detection.
