Is it possible to resume scanning after a system crash?

I'm currently working on a rather flaky laptop that has a tendency to crash after a few hours - nothing to do with Dup Cleaner though.

I'm running lengthy Dup Cleaner scans on this machine which usually exceed its crash-time, so is there any way I can resume a scan after one of these crashes? I know the proper solution is to fix the flaky laptop, but....
