SmartPhone access not supported? (MTP)

The user interface allowed selecting my Samsung Galaxy as a source (MTP, no drive letter), and the scan went through the motions, but no files were found to be duplicates.

I had just copied a bunch of images and videos to my PC. But since I experienced a few problems during the transfers, I wanted to be sure all the files were copied accurately. It seems unlikely that not one of the files matched up.

Check the log for skipped folders. Also try setting the 'Unique/remaining files' flag on your input. You can use this result tab to check if the files are being found.
