With the music mode (content, no tags), how could you find and show only folders with identical content?
And, additionally, how could you specify extensions / files to exclude. So the folders would be considered as identical wihtout these files.

Just use 'match exact audio data' - it'll show the duplicate folders in the relevant tab. Note that non-music files aren't looked at in this scan and may be present in the folders.
You can exclude file extensions on the Scan criteria tab. Uncheck 'all file extensions' and add the exclusions to the Excluded box.

*.wav;*.ogg
